By scheduling service with Allen Shine LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the customer ("you," "your") agrees to the following Terms of Service:

1. Scope of Services

Allen Shine provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning (interior and exterior), and surface cleaning.

2. Payment Terms

• Full Payment Requirement: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services, regardless of whether services were partially completed due to on-site conditions or customer limitations.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Credit/debit card payments will incur a 5.0% processing fee.

• Deposit Policy: In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours is allowed once and must occur within 14 calendar days of the original appointment. After that, the $200 fee applies.

• If we arrive on-site and are unable to perform the service due to customer absence, locked gates, pets, or lack of access to required water supply, full payment is still due.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide access to a working water spigot prior to our arrival.

• Ensure that windows are closed, doors sealed, and electrical outlets protected.

• Notify us of any pre-existing damage or fragile areas.

• Ensure pets and children are safely indoors during service.

5. Damage & Liability Waiver

• Allen Shine uses industry-standard cleaning equipment and solutions. While rare, soft washing and pressure washing carry inherent risks, including but not limited to water intrusion, oxidation streaking, paint chipping, or landscape disturbance.

• By agreeing to service, you waive all claims against Allen Shine, its employees, and contractors for incidental or consequential damage unless caused by proven negligence.

• For interior window cleaning, you agree to clear the area and understand that the use of water and ladders inside your home carries risks, including slip hazards. We are not liable for water damage, falls, or injuries resulting from your failure to secure the environment.

6. Right to Refuse or Cease Service

Allen Shine reserves the right to refuse or stop service if we deem the environment unsafe or if client behavior is aggressive, inappropriate, or interferes with service performance. In such cases, any work completed is billable and due immediately.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may assess and reasonably address the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Allen Shine be liable for more than the total amount paid for the specific service in question. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are expressly disclaimed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Agreement
By confirming a service appointment or checking the agreement box during booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the above Terms of Service.
