1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Allen Shine LLC’s website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any future updates. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Allen Shine LLC. A digital signature, checkbox, or booking confirmation constitutes full agreement.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.

3. Services Provided

Allen Shine LLC offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including but not limited to house washing, window cleaning (interior and exterior), driveway, sidewalk, patio, roof, and gutter cleaning. All services are subject to site inspection and environmental conditions.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Booking and Payment

- Full payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• In some cases, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

• -Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.

• By booking, you agree to pay in full, even if services are only partially completed due to access issues, weather, or safety concerns.

6. Water Access & On-Site Conditions

You must provide a working water spigot within 100 feet of the service area prior to service. If we arrive and:

• water access is not available,

• entry is blocked (e.g., gates locked, pets loose),

• or the job site is unsafe to perform services,

you agree to pay in full as if services were rendered.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

• If you need to reschedule, it must be within 14 days of your original appointment, or the cancellation fee applies.

• No-shows or inability to access the property are treated as completed services, and full payment is due.

8. No Refund Policy

Once service has been started or completed, no refunds will be issued. If we are unable to complete service due to your failure to prepare the site or allow access, full payment is still required.

9. Property Damage Waiver & Risk Disclosure

We use industry-standard cleaning methods and chemicals. However, by booking, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Soft washing and pressure washing may reveal or cause damage to surfaces with pre-existing deterioration, oxidation, loose paint, cracked mortar, brittle siding, or improperly sealed windows.

• We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, chemical sensitivities, or water intrusion.

Interior window cleaning involves water, ladders, and tools in your home. You agree that Allen Shine is not responsible for water damage, falls, slips, or property loss unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Service Availability

We strive to be on time and complete jobs as scheduled. However, we make no guarantee of exact start or end times and may reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Shine LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allen Shine LLC, its owners, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, and not through court litigation. Each party is responsible for their own legal fees.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws. Jurisdiction lies in Sheridan County, WY.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, supply issues, pandemics, or natural disasters.

16. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with our operations, or use our content without permission.
